Rice beef pilaf

This is hands down my favourite nourishment meal. Its packed full of flavour and has a noticeable but also subtle combination of garlic and herbs.

Beef pilaf is traditionally a Greek dish and can be made with or without rice. I love making it with rice and this is the perfect warming dish for winter and for the ladies who are in their menstrual phase.

I make mine a little differently from others. I put a little more emphasis on paprika and add in some tomato paste.
